The organizing committee of the Central and Eastern European Moot Court (CEEMC) is pleased to announce the important dates for the upcoming 2024 competition. Teams interested in participating must follow the outlined steps:
Each team member must:Be a full-time student enrolled in a university course (including Erasmus students) in an EU candidate country, an Eastern Partnership Country, or a Member State that acceded to the EU after 2004.
Be 30 years old or younger.
Not be a qualified and practising lawyer.
Not have previously participated in the CEEMC.
Competition Details:
CEEMC 2024 will be held in the beautiful city of Prague from 26th to 28th April 2024.
The organisers are delighted to announce Charles University as the co-host for this year’s competition.
The Moot problem is dedicated to Articles 19 TEU, Article 267 TFEU, and intellectual property rights.
