VI International IP Moot Court is a simulation of the intellectual property court hosted by the Intellectual Rights Department of the MSAL with the assistance of the Intellectual Property Court. The competition is aimed at boosting students’ knowledge in intellectual property laws. Students from numerous universities locked their horns presenting their speeches and legal opinions.

The final case — the case on chinchilla breeding scenario was based on a real case and was complicated due to the lack of direct evidence. However, effective training, finding a way around substantive presumptions and the evidential burden allowed us to win,” shared Ivan Nikiforov.

Our congratulations to the young IP-heroes!
