Announcement: IBA International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition 2024
The IBA International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition (IBA ICCMCC) invites universities worldwide to participate in this outstanding event. This competition offers an immersive moot court experience that replicates the procedures of the International Criminal Court (ICC), providing an exceptional opportunity for participants to explore the complexities of international criminal law. The IBA ICCMCC offers a comprehensive seven-day program that combines education and social engagement. It brings together students from diverse backgrounds and cultures in the historic city of The Hague.
Key Dates and Details:
- University registration is open from October 16 to November 20, 2023. Register your university via our online form.
- Team Members’ details must be submitted by January 8, 2024, through our online form.
- The 2024 IBA ICCMCC International Round will be conducted on location in The Hague, The Netherlands.
- Each country may be represented by a maximum of five (5) teams (See the details in the website).
Registration Fees: The registration fee for participation in the International Rounds is determined based on the World Bank List of Economies for the fiscal year 2023-2024. The fee structure is as follows:
- Teams from countries qualified as high-income countries: €1500.
- Teams from countries qualified as upper middle-income countries: €1150.
- Teams from lower-middle or low-income countries: €750.
