Telders International Law Moot Court Competition 2022 Awards

The  2022 edition marks the 45th anniversary of the Telders Moot. The competition is organised by a team under the direction of the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies at Campus The Hague of Leiden University. Telders Moot Court has become the most prestigious and the most important moot court competition in international law in Europe.

Our congratulations to the University of Budapest (ELTE), the Winner of the 45th Telders Moot Court! The Runner-up is Leiden University, the Best Oral Argument Applicant title goes to Karl-Franzens-University Graz and the Best Oral Argument Respondent award to the University of Tübingen. The Telders Case 2022 was written by Mr. Mohit Khubchandani. For the first time in this competition’s history, the 2022 moot problem asks participating teams to argue at the phase of reparations, the merits already having been decided by the International Court of Justice.
