Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition: UPD

The 26th Annual Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition International Finals to be held at the Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida on April 7–9, 2022. This year’s case concerns Protected Areas and Armed Conflict. 

A team had to compete in regional, national, or other qualifying rounds before advancing to the International Finals. National and Regional Rounds have already taken place in Africa, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe, Ireland and UK, India, Latin America and North America

The Competition Committee is comprised of Professor Roy Gardner, Professor Erin Okuno, and Katherine Pratt.


The Stetson IEMCC is the world’s largest moot court competition devoted exclusively to global environmental issues which is held at the Stetson University in Tampa, Florida, U.S.A. Teams from all over the world participate in the IEMCC. This moot court judges the abilities of jurists through the International Environment Law.
