All clarifications to requests submitted by the participating teams of the 2023 European Rounds and the North American Rounds of the Manfred Lachs Moot Court competition have been released and are here.
The Manfred Lachs Moot Court Competition was launched in 1992 by H.E. Manfred Lachs who was a former judge and the president of the International Court of Justice (ICJ). In this moot competition students get a unique opportunity to enhance their knowledge in public international law and the law of outer space.
This year’s European Oral Rounds are to be held from 17th to 21st April 2023 in the University of Jaen, Spain. And North American Rounds are to take place in Washington, DC from 17th to 18th March 2023.
