The latest date to register for the Asia-Pacific Regional rounds of the Manfred Lachs Moot Court competition is 20th January 2023.
The Manfred Lachs Moot Court Competition was first launched in the Asia-Pacific Region in 1999. In this moot competition students get the unique opportunity to enhance their knowledge on public international law and the law of outer space. This year, Asia Pacific Regional Rounds has been organized by the Gakushuin University, Tokyo, Japan with the support of Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, and Technology (MEXT) Coordination funds for promoting Aerospace Utilization.
Currently, the regional rounds for Europe, North America have also started. The Manfred Lachs Moot Court Competition is an annual moot competition taking place regionally since its first launch in 1992 by H.E. Manfred Lachs who was a former judge and the president of the international court of Justice (ICJ).
