The annual international moot court competition in international law Dispute Resolution in the Eurasian Economic Union took place from December 18, 2021 to January 25, 2022. 20 teams from Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Uzbekistan took part in the competition this year.
Winner – The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration;
Runner-up – M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University;
3rd place – The Belarusian State University, Faculty of International Relations;
4th place – The Higher School of Economics (Moscow).
The moot court competition Dispute Resolution in the Eurasian Economic Union is a unique educational platform that allows future legal experts study dispute resolution models within the EAEU.
The purpose of the competition is to form a new generation of highly qualified specialists in the field of international law in the EAEU countries, able to represent the interests of both states and participants of their country’s business communities in international jurisdictional bodies.
