IBA ICC Moot Court Competition: Nominate your IPE’s Soon!

Under Article 14 of the IBA ICC Moot Court Competition Rules of Procedure all participating teams must nominate two qualified individuals to be a member of the International Panel of Evaluation (IPE) before 30th January 2023 latest by 11:59 CET through the IBA ICC Moot Courts Competition’s online nomination form.

This International Panel of Evaluation nominees are tasked with grading the memorials, and members of the IPE will each evaluate 3 anonymous memorials. However, teams participating in the National/Regional Qualifying rounds are exempted from nominating members to the IPE, unless they wish to do so.

The IBA ICC Moot Court Competition is open to universities worldwide and simulates proceedings before the International Criminal Court (ICC). This year’s competition is organized by the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies with the cooperation of the International Bar Association.
