The Outline of Arguments for the Appellants for the 2023 Fletcher Moot is due for 20th January 2023. All participating teams are advised to email their submission to the moot registrar no later than 17:00 GMT.
The Fletcher Moot is a moot competition, which is open to teams of two or four law students from professionally accredited law schools. This year’s moot problem is based on a fictional case which involves the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-border Insolvency and the UNCITRAL Model law on Enterprise Group Insolvency.
The main aim of this competition is to improve critical thinking and research skills among the students and to improve their awareness on a wide range of international insolvency laws.
