The Moot is a project organized by a group of practitioners and academics with a view of contributing to the education of the next generation of arbitration lawyers. It is a competition for university teams with an exclusive focus on cross-examination in international arbitration. Students will attend various rounds of hearings during which they will cross-examine each other’s witnesses and experts.
The Moot is hosted by Sciences Po and is overseen by a board or directors composed of Diego P. Fernández Arroyo, Alexis Mourre, Yas Banifatemi, Loukas Mistelis, Sophie Nappert, Franco Ferrari, Samaa Haridi, Gary Bell, Jean Kalicki, and Eleonora Coelho. Its executive directors are Francisco A. Amallo and Ezequiel H. Vetulli.
